Annie Hughes, Certified Professional Coach and Consultant
Annie is a dynamic consultant, educator and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), helping clients to achieve their personal, professional and business goals. Her training and certification is through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
Annie has 13 years’ experience in innovation practice and product development within corporate and small business environments. Annie is also an experienced startup and small business coach, having helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and business leaders to start and grow their businesses.
Annie earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Iowa.

Andy Hughes, Ph.D., Certified Coach and Consultant
Andy Hughes is a thoughtful and passionate leadership coach, consultant, educator and researcher, who strives to empower others to see their potential for leadership and to make a positive difference. For more than fifteen years, Andy has worked with hundreds of students, professionals, and organizations inspiring them to perform to their best ability. Andy is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Andy received his Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, researching the impact of coaching on the development of leadership identity.
